Day 40

A big day for us. First, Alberto graduated from the Chief Information Officer program at National Defense University.

After the ceremony, Alberto took his advisor, Lt. Col. O'Brien on a tour of the Capitol. Sophia really enjoyed hanging out with Lt. Col. O'Brien. :)

We had Blue Crabs for dinner to celebrate Alberto's graduation. It's a real treat, as we never get them in California. Plus...it was Sophia's first time eating crabs and she LOVED them just like her mommy!

Our photo group challenge this week, is "The Little Things".

I had to use the automatic timer on my camera to get this great portrait of Alberto and me. We make such a cute couple, don't we? ;)

Okay, really, the Easter Bunny brought Maya 2 weebles that are like Mommy (with a camera) & Daddy (with a fishing pole)!

Sophia has a habit of climbing in suitcases when we have to pack.

Here are two little things that represent what is important to me...my babies and my husband. :)
